A private residence in the city center, which takes the place of an old flower warehouse inside an old urban courtyard. The project takes its inspiration from the potential of the location: plenty of space and light, the possibility of inserting plants, privacy. The building is made up of five floors and two parallel wings facing each other. The entrance is at the ground floor, a wrought iron gate which opens onto a wood walkway passing through the house and visible through the large glass walls. At the front door (in the center of the two wings), we have the left side composed of the living area: a large sunken living room defined by a glass and a cement wall, the wood floors and metal of the beams. Above the living room lies the kitchen area suspended on a ledge overlooking the rest of the house, including the terrace and the opposite wing with the bedroom area. Here, going down a few steps, is the master bedroom, bathroom and closet. Another double bedroom and bathroom is located above. A small, totally independent apartment for guests is located at the basement level. This space is also used for various household cleaning equipment. The distinguishing characteristic of the residence is osmosis of the spaces, separated, but adjoining at the same time, the flow of light and the way one space overlooks another.
