Building renovation and facade redevelopment in Milan, Corso Matteotti 5. 

The upgrading work has been completed on the office building in Corso Matteotti 5 in Milan carried out for Kryalos SGR by the Milanese architects Marco Vigo and Alessia Garibaldi together with United Consulting.

Kryalos SGR has commissioned the complete renovation of the building aimed at achieving high standards in terms of efficiency, future use and architectural value.

The property, with a gross floor area of approximately 2,500 square meters, is a prestigious historical building built during the 1930s and it bears the signature of the architect Emilio Lancia, one of the major exponents of the Novecento style. The property is for office use and is located in a strategic position, in the centre of Milan, in the heart of the fashion quadrilateral, with a corner overlooking the intersection of the elegant streets of Corso Matteotti and Via San Pietro all’Orto.

Prelios SGR, an asset management company of the Prelios Group, through the Fondo Immobiliare primo RE has finalized the acquisition of the property sold by the Perseus Fund of Kryalos SGR.
