The luxury interiors of a residence with terrace will be realised ex novo. The flat is situated on the top floor of a building by the sea in Montecarlo. Entry into the residence opens on to a large living area and the new staircase made of glass and stone which leads to the terrace. This room connects to the kitchen, study, gym and to the corridor leading to the two bedrooms. There is also a guest and service area with separate access. The entire roof of the house becomes a terrace containing three pergolas: a closed one for the bar, an open one for the dining area and one for relaxation. The entire terrace is surrounded by flower boxes containing Mediterranean shrubs chosen to give privacy and enhance the sea view.
