Typical plan
The courtyard will be revitalized with the integration of both vertical and horizontal green spaces.
The facade facing the street will feature architecturally prominent balconies, complemented by a striking triple-height entrance portal leading to the internal courtyard, collectively shaping the aesthetic identity of the building’s exterior. The courtyard will be revitalized with the integration of both vertical and horizontal green spaces. The vegetation will be woven into the structure of the balconies, which will also serve as a solar shield. The terraces are designed with substantial overhangs to enhance their usability and comfort. Concurrently, the courtyard will be re-imagined with pathways and permanent fixtures, aiming to optimize the enjoyment of the outdoor spaces. The ground floor, featuring arcades, will be repurposed to house communal amenities such as bicycle storage, concierge services, and a fitness area. The rooftop will be transformed into a vibrant communal space, hosting gardens, relaxation zones, and facilities for open-air activities.
