This living space evolves over three levels from volume potentials that are both large and well utilized. The double-height first floor includes a mezzanine, where the crystal floor creates an osmotic diaphragm for the rapid flow of light. At the bottom there is an environment independent from the rest of the housing unit, with a bedroom, bathroom and a functional comfort for a guest who can enjoy their privacy, while remaining in the family. The middle part contains the heart of the house, with two bedrooms, bathroom, living area, kitchen, dining area and the terraces, from which the rooms receive natural light. The top floor is dedicated to wellness and fitness and houses a fully equipped gym.

The design lets the architecture speak for itself, its distinctive components, the materials, the crisp colours and the finishes which are never gaudy for a uniform, balanced, sober overall vision in which the story of everyday life takes place.
