The intervention concerned the functional conversion of a commercial building to house luxury residences: the project to upgrade the property envisages the renovation of the top two floors of an existing building and the construction of a new level. These three floors mark the facade by gradually receding upwards, thus allowing light to reach the lower floors. The facades and the staircase have been redefined to accommodate the new residential function and the integrated greenery, a stylistic feature of many of our interventions, underlines the division of the interior spaces. There is a “greenhouse” loft located on the top floor, surrounded by the terrace, a small urban oasis in the centre of the metropolis.
