This revitalization endeavor targets the adaptive repurposing of a courtyard edifice erected in the 1960s within the Porta Venezia precinct. The architectural intervention preserves the original facade while meticulously redefining the perimeter to incorporate green belts and external communal zones, enhancing the site’s permeability.
The scheme proposes the creation of sixteen habitation modules, delineated as follows: Eight at-grade modules equipped with exclusive gardens or patios, coupled with eight upper-story modules augmented by mezzanines and dedicated rooftop terraces. This configuration is meticulously designed to ensure spatial fluidity and interior-exterior continuity, encapsulating a modern interpretation of living spaces that promotes environmental integration and adaptive reuse.
Each unit is conceived to embody a modular flexibility, facilitating diverse spatial narratives within a cohesive architectural grammar. This vision aligns with contemporary urban living paradigms, offering a versatile framework that responds to the multifaceted lifestyles of today’s society.
