Concept

Design of a large luxury apartment on the top floors of a building in the centre of Milan with a view of the city skyline. The unit is developed over two levels with an attached terrace level, where there is a counter-current swimming pool. The pivotal element of the project is the new scenic marble staircase located at the entrance that leads directly to the open space living area: a wide skylight placed above it creates a cone of natural light. The living area, delimited on the terrace side by a wide continuous glass wall is in direct relation with a second external living area. The project layout was designed according to the requirements of the young customer who needed a large entertainment area to host both formal and informal events.
